SELECT statements logs

Hello,

I would like to know if SELECT statements are logged somewhere in the Oracle DB, especially SELECT statements which causes ORA errors.
If yes, where can i find thoses logs ?

I know that successfull SELECT statements are cached for further use, but what about failed ones ?

nothing is logged unless you want it to be
