how can I fix my server,
When I click on the DATA BASE ASSISTANT, it does not appear.
Then a Dr. Watson error shows up, error reads : JAVA.exe
cause an invalid...........
how do I remedy this

Your binaries didn't get installed properly. You might need to reinstall. Once its happened on my desktop too... I went back to registry and deleted the whole key and reinstalled the software. It worked fine... Be care ful, I am talking about my desktop here. you have to make sure that you want to do this if its production.

my point exactly, the server now is in production.
the thing is the enterprise manager was working fine for the past days, but 2 days ago it just stopped.
Would anyone know of Oracle Patches

What version of EM you are using ? 1.6/2.1/2.2 ?

There is a patch 2.1.0.1.0 for EM2.1. But, not sure that causing the problem, Check with ORacle/Metalink..
