How Monitor User Log On Oracle Database

Hi,

Do you guys have any scripts/ways/tools on how I can trace which user ID logged in to my database? I was checking the *.trc,*.log files generated by my sqlnet but cannot find anything like it.

I actually wanted to monitor which user ID logged in to my database
at what time and whether d connection was successfule or not.
