Seems the fix is as follows.

Workaround:
Set event 10167 to disable FIRST ROW optimization


My question is is this something we can do at the instance level, is it coded in the backend code, at the session level.
I can't find anything on Tahiti regarding "SET EVENT", no syntax no nothin.
Enlighten me please.
