    Oracle 10g database control

We moved the Oracle database from one HP server to another. The database is running fine. I am trying to reconfigure the Enterpise Manager Database Control to run from this server and I am not able to do that. The Database control does come up but it is still pointing to the old server. Does anybody know of any documentation or has any experience having done this?

Basically, the sysadmins picked the slices that have the database files from the old server and put it on the new server. We have done this pretty often in our environment and it works. There was already an Oracle_home setup on the new server.
One thing that I have seen is that the EMD_URL column in the SYSMAN.MGMT_TABLES table is pointing to the old server. How do I change that.

    Thanks,

AFIAK you must recreate dbcontrol whenever you change hostname or IP

Thanks. I will look for the doc to recreate dbcontrol. If you have a link that would be helpful.
