    Ora- 12154

    HI
    Could someone help to solve this issue
    'ORA 12154 could not resolve service name' .
    this issue happened with a client pc when Win XP reinstalled. although cross checked with running tnsnames and sqlnet ora files, still unable to solve the issue.
    appreciate assistance.

    Could you post tnsnames.ora & sqlnet.ora and results of ping & tnsping.
