    create user in 10g

I had created a user in 10g and granted DBA privileges. While connecting the message says "This application requires you have been granted the SELECT ANY DICTIONARY privilege - Contact Your DBA" - Please help how to resolve this.

    Thanks in advance
    Ravi

Put more trust in Oracle's backward compatability than its forward compatability.

I recommend using the latest stable version of OEM, agents and listeners. Don't let your db version get ahead of your tools.
