Install 10g as local not network

Hello:

I installed 10g on my laptop. After the install, it worked perfectly. I tried using it today and I'm unable to connect to Enterprise Manager. I'm receiving a page cannot be displayed.

I'm running Windows XP and I'm not on a network. I wanted to use Oracle in a local environment.

I don't understand why Enterprise Manager worked once and not now. I'm able to connect to SQL*Plus and run queries.

Can someone help?
