No Listner
Hi
when I tried to login using SQL*plus, got message-->
ERROR:
ORA-12541: TNS:no listener
It was used to work fine before.
then I tried to create another listner using Net Configuration Assistant but there also I received this message-->
Could not create Listner.
Then I tried cmd prompt and received this message--
