    No Listner

    Hi

when I tried to login using SQL*plus, got message-->
    ERROR:
    ORA-12541: TNS:no listener
It was used to work fine before.
then I tried to create another listner using Net Configuration Assistant but there also I received this message-->
    Could not create Listner.

Then I tried cmd prompt and received this message--
