Oracle 9i (64 Bit) with Xeon Processor

We are facing problem for logging into oracle database 9i (64 bit).
We are curious to know if oracle 9i (64 bit) works on following machine configuration

    System:
    Microsoft Windows Server 2003
    Standard x64 Edition
    Service Pack 1

    Computer:
    Intel(R)Xeon(TM) CPU 3.00GHz
    3.00 GHz,3.93GB Of ram

    (exact oracle version : Release 2 (9.2.0.1.0) for Windows ) (64 bit)

Can you please suggest the type of operating system we can use with oracle 9i (64 bit) provided
we require to use xeon processor only?

    Post the error first.

Processor has no effect on what RDBMS you run.

Check metalink>certify and find the o/s - rdbms matrix for 32 and 64 bit compatibility.
