I need an expert level Oracle DBA with 9i RAC experience supporting a transactional J2EE (Java) application. I have a DBA from Oracle corporation on site but I need someone with a hacker's mentality to teach us (including Oracle corps) a few new tricks. This person will be scrutinizing the work done by the four (4) DBAs on site (Including the DBA from Oracle corps).
