    g_raju we rae talking about otn member not OPP! I know we get 35% discount coz the company I work is an Oracle Partner.
    BUT OTN claims OTN members get 20%, as OPP we have a 12 digit ID but as OTN what do we have??? I just registered again and \i received a mail saying I have registered blah blah but I dont see any registration ID at all.

    I just signed up for an exam mentioning that I was an OTN member. The only question Prometric asked was "what's the promotional code? I replied C36. I was given a 20% discount.
    It was that simple.
