Hello,
Can someone please guide me in the right direction as to how I can get a discount or coupon on the OCP exams?
I already checked the Oracle Technology Network (OTN) and found that that you have to be a member of the Oracle Partner Program to receive a 35% discount on the $125.00 regular price and that candidates must reference the code# OPP at the time of registration.
Any help on how to get this code or any other discount would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
I think you get 20% discount if you are OTN member however I do NOT know how could you identified yourself as an OTN member in Sylvan Prometric. I have mailed Oracle Education about this matter and they dont have a clue.
May be you could try to logon to OTN when you are in one of sylvan prometric centers to prove your membership :o
Same here, I login everyday aslo but don't see any number.
Are you talking about a number I recieved when I first became an OTN member ? If that's the case, I have no way of knowing that number as I purge emails older than 6 months.
But what I can do is sign up again and see if I can get a new discount number.
Please let me know if my assumption is correct so I can signup again.
Thank you.
I revisited the OTN site again this morning and after few research I found out the promotional code you need to mention at registration time. But the code I found is not a 9 digit number. It's a 3 charater string { S36 }. To get to this code you have to login to OTN and attempt to download
the FREE OCP On-line Starter Kit. (If you are already a member, the server will tell you that you already have an account and give you an option to fill out a small 4 line survey. Fill out that survey and you will be taken to the discount screen) It looks something like this:
"Sign Up For a Test Now
Register for Oracle certification testing (mention promotional code"S36" to receive your OTN 20% discount) ..."
