Oracle 9i installation on Fedora Core 4.

Hi All

I am trying to install Oracle 9i in Fedora core 4.

Installation starts well for CD #1 & 2. During the installation when CD#3 is going on, it gives the following errors.
Error in invoking target ioracle of make file /opt/oracle/920/rdbms/lib/ins_rdbms.mk
Error in invoking target ioracle of make file /opt/oracle/920/rdbms/lib/ins_ldap.mk
Error in invoking target ioracle of make file /opt/oracle/920/rdbms/lib/ins_net_server.mk
Error in invoking target ioracle of make file /opt/oracle/920/rdbms/lib/ins_otrace.mk

And so on..

Kindly help in getting the solution for it.

you havent got all the necessary os patches / packages or they arent at the right level. Follow one of the many online guides which describe what you need to do.

Or use a supported OS
