    Unhappy "The account is blocked"

    I just installed Oracle 10g for win server 2003 but when I try to logon by "scott" and "tiger" I receive this error message "ORA-28000: the account is locke"

    As I recall most accounts are locked by default. If you want to use Scott then you should change the password and unlock the account.
