In the view DBA_UNDO_EXTENTS,what does the values "EXPIRED & UNEXPIRED" of STATUS column mean?

Hi.

Active - There is an active transaction using this UNDO extent.
Unexpired - There is no active transaction, but the extent is not available for reuse.
Expired - The extent can be reused.
