Talking installing 10gDS and 10gAS in same machine?

the title is the question but let me elaborate a little.

can i install a oracle10gDS and oracle10gAS in the same machine?

the machine specs are as follows:

    Dell SC420 2.8G dual processor w/ 2G physical mem and 80G sata hard-drive.
    OS: RHEL 4

    what can i do?
what about the ports they use? any conflicts?
    what about the performance?
    any other issues?

[edit] i am sorry if this thread doesn't belongs in this forum. mods forgive me if thats what happened and move it to the appropriate one. thankyou [/edit]

We have the DB and AS on the same m/c and the Enterprise manager is a pain to manage. Its having port conflicts with AS.

In case we have to shutdown the Database we shutdown the AS , then shutdown the database. to startup DB first, then enterprise manager and lastly the AS.
