    Calling stored procedure from JSP

    Hi all

    I have a stored procedure, which when called from SQL*Plus finishes the processing in a few minutes.
    But the same procedure, when called from the front end (Java Server Page) does not complete even after an hour.
    The database is Oracle 9i running on Solaris.
    There is a bulk collect in the procedure.
    I have a feeling that this issue could be something specific to Oracle 9i on Solaris.
    Is there anything I should be checking for?
    I will be grateful for any suggestions from the forum members for solving this issue.
