    Installing 9.2.0.6.0 patch

I am trying to install patch 9.2.0.6.0 to a DB 9.2.0.4.0. I keep getting an error message:
Ceratin files which need to be reinstalled by oracle universal installer are being used by one or more applications

I closed the database, stopped all oracle services, iis service distributed transaction coordinator.
Does anyone know where I can get a list of all applications it may be talking about?

    Thanks

    Anything listed in task manager?
If I have to choose between two evils, I always like to choose the one I haven't tried yet.

Sounds like a corrupt oracle home to me, can you wipe oracle (do it properly, registry especially) and reinstall from scratch?

    Thanks,
That is what I ended up doing. This was a test DB. I was testing out the upgrade procedure on the test db, since we need to do it the production.
Do you have any suggestions on what patch version is the best to go with?
