    em and isqlplus do not display web pages

    Hi friends,

    I have installed now ora10g R2 on windows2003 and it was done
    successfully. But web-based OEM and isqlplus wont run.
    http://HPG4:5561/isqlplus and http://HPG4:1158/em display blank pages.

    Can u help me pls....thanks
