9.2.0.7 RAC - DIAG wait on async IO

Does it matter that my DIAG process on both instances of my 9.2.0.7 RAC database is constantly waiting on "async disk IO"? I can understand DBWR waiting on this event, but why DIAG?

Assistance is Futile...
