    Clone 9i DB from AIX to HP !!

    I have installed 9i on Hp set all kernel parameters as per specification. Created the filesystem exactly like in AIX. Move all the datafiles from a cold backup to the Same location on HP server. Now when I tried to start the DB I am getting ora-600 internal error. Is it because the AIX might have header information for the datafiles which HP doesn't like ?? Is export/import the way to go. It's not a big DB(200Gig). Any suggestions ??

    You cannot copy AIX datafiles into HP. This is supoorted only in 10g.
    Exp/Imp is the only option you have.
