    INACTIVE sessions

When I query V$SESSION, I get the list connect users, there are two status: ACTIVE and INACTIVE. Question :
Does the INACTIVE sessions use any part of the SGA memory ?

no, sessions never use SGA anyway (unless they are shared server connections)

Ok. Does INACTIVE Sessions occupy any other memory like (PGA).
IS it good to kill inactive sessions. if they r inactive for more than 5 hours.

    well define inactive?

And generally no, they arent doing anything so arent consuming any resources.

It may be part of a pool though so dont go around killing sessions just because you think they are inactive
