    Parallel DML for UPDATE

    Hi,

    Is it possible to enable parallel DML to a non-partitioned table for an UPDATE statement ?

    Yes, Possible if your DB is >= 8i.

    Thx Tamil. Just alter session with Hint will do OR is there any other setting to be done ?
