Bind package GTW$_BIND_PKG failure in Transparent Gateway

Hi,

I'm having Oracle 9i Rel.2 on Windows-2000.
Oracle 9i Transparent Gateway for IBM DRDA rel 2 on Windows -2003.
IBM DB2 8.1 on Windows -2003.

I have confgured the Initialization file for TG4DRDA and created a database link in Integrating server. while binding the gateway package i'm getting the following error.

SQL> execute gtw$_bind_pkg@drda;
BEGIN gtw$_bind_pkg@drda; END;

ORA-04052: error occurred when looking up remote object
Administrator.GTW$_BIND_PKG@DRDA.US.ORACLE.COM
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-28500: connection from ORACLE to a non-Oracle system returned this message:
TG4DRDA v9.2.0.1.0 grc=0, drc=-30020 (839C,0000), errp=GDJMRCKD
errmc=124c
ORA-02063: preceding 3 lines from DRDA

I Struck up with these error past 15 days onwards.
Can anybody help me out to overcome this issue.

I have very simular problem on AIX with 10G version of DRDA .
Can you list you listener.ora entry. Check that user administrator exists in DB2 and all required grants
