    Hummingbird Exceed Xterm

    Hi guys,
I have just installed this hummingbird Exceed Xterm interface to connect to the unix boxes. I can connect well. But I would love to do a like a copy/paste when I'm in vi.
Presently my right mouse click shows nothing.
    Thanks

Highlighting the line copies it into memory and right click to paste it.

    Within vi
(number of lines) yy (to copy)
(number of lines) dd (to cut)
    p (to paste)

    SecureCRT
    highlight, rt click, copy
    move cursor
    get in insert mode
    rt click, paste

    yadda yadda yadda

basically.....if you xterm is setup so you can paste into the window (be it cmd prompt or whatever) and vi is in insert mode you can paste into it.

What people are saying is that vi itself cant read whats in the clipboard...it'll only read/write into its own 'clipboard'.
