What is the significance of this 2 new 10g parameters,
    db_recovery_file_dest

    Thanks for ur reply pando.

Iam new to 10g, i need to go thru the documentation of flash recovery RTFM but if any initial start help will be really appreciated; and if some can differenciate flash recovery RTFM with archeive logs will be very helpful.

    Thanks in advance.
