    Who owns /etc/init.d/dbora?

    Should
    - root own /etc/init.d/dbora?
    - set dbora file permissions to 750?

    or

    Should
    - oracle/dba own the file?
    - add root to "dba" group?
    - set dbora file permissions to 750?

IMHO, root owns it as everything in there is owned by root, they are roots scripts to run
