Why are these questions so urgent?
-
1- How can u inherit objects in Developer 9i.
Be nice to relatives that have them, and then poison their tea.
2- How u can create dynamic Lovs in developer.
Take regular Lovs and teach them how to play Jazz music.
3- How u can create animated image at database level in Oracle 9i.
CREATE var_name IMAGE DYNAMIC;
4- What is self-independent key.
A child key that has moved out and gotten its own place.
5- What is the difference bt/w if and case.
'IF' is not supported in Oracle since version 7.
6- What is Object Library.
A place where you can sleep in between Object Classes.
7- What are PL/SQL Tables.
That's what you can lean put your head on when you're sleeping in the Object Library.
...
But seriously, you'll get more success if you learn how to post:

And all the information you're looking for can be very easily found in the manuals:

Great answers! Though I don't agree with 5, "What is the difference bt/w if and case?"
Surely "Case" has never been a poem by Rudyard Kipling.

Perhaps you would get an answer if you start using the "magic" word?

Hint "Urgent" is not the magic word.
-
"Give me"?
No, wait, that's two.

Thanks sns,
At least we got a good laugh out of your post.
Cheers.
