    uninstalling Oracle

This might seem like a dumb question... but I need to uninstall Oracle on a Windows XP Professional machine as well as on a Win2K Server and I can't figure out how to do it.

There is no indication of ORACLE in add/remove programs on either machine and there is no 'uninstall' from the Start/Programs Menu.

on the XP machine, I can certainly set the Services to manual, reboot the machine and then remove the Services and delete the Oracle folders but I'm not sure if this is the correct way.. I'm assuming that I need to clean up the registry too??????

Use Oracle Universal Installer. Deinstalation using OUI takes care of the registry, too.
