Though there are documents(including Metalink) that says it is possible to migrate the 8.1.5 to 9.2.0.1, This document from Metalink itself Doc ID: 210073.1 says that there is no direct Migration Path from this two versions and O.S.

I hope you guys can share some input of how to have a work around with this.
