I have an nt oracle 8.1.5 database and I keep getting a warning message with my monitoring tools about no more room for archiving.
What do I have to do to tune this. I already turned on more roll-back segments and the alarm goes away but I can't get them to stay on.
Every time I restart the database they go back offline. what would be the proper way of fixing this.

For 'no more room for archiving' I think there is no enough disk space on the disk,copy on to tape and delete the files from disk.
For rollback segments add those new rollback segments in init.ora file so that whenever u start the database they will go online.
