Forum threads closed arbitrarily - Is this a dictatorship?

I see that forum messages are being closed arbitrarily by a few people WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE EXPERTS (sic) without even giving a chance to the original poster to respond. THESE PEOPLE BECAME SUPPOSED EXPERTS BECAUSE THEY POSTED CRAP FOR EACH AND EVERY MESSAGE FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS!!

Why so? Is this a public forum or Nazi dictatorship?

It is makes others slighted and small which probably is the intent of the dictatorship. Can this change?

Threads don't get closed arbitrarily. The moderators adhere to certain guidelines and close threads because copyrighted material gets posted, licensing agreements are requesting to be breached, or the acceptable use policy is violated.
