    PL/SQL code wrapping without wrap utility

    Is there a way to perform PL/SQL code wrapping without the wrap utility? The main point of interest: are there respective java interfaces those cover the wrap utility functionality?

    Is there a reason why you don't want to use Oracle's wrap utility? Once Wrapped,
    it can not be unwrapped, except of course by the database.
