    .dmp Files

The .DMP files can be import by every DBA user, is it possible that from which user i have export the data and got the BACKUP.DMP, can be import by only that user. For example ABC is a DBA, He has export the file of its user, now only he (ABC) can import the data from BACKUP.DMP, not by other DBAs.

But other DBAs can import the BACKUP.DMP. I need that only ABC can import that file, no one else cannot import it?

    Hi

Nope DBA is like GAWD :-) what you are trying to do is not possible. The data in the import dump is binary anyway so dba's would be able to make sense of it unless they are trying to crack it.

what are you trying to achieve by the way ?

I get backups of the database by Exporting users. And there are others DBAs also for their users. For security purpose i was trying to ristrict other DBAs to import the data from my Exporting Files.

Not a good strategy you should be using RMAN for backups.
