    Dbms jobs

    Hi,
I want my Job to run every day at 6AM and 2PM ie., twice a day.
In this case, how can i submit the job.
Next day again it should start at 6AM.

If i give the interval as /*8:Hrs*/ sysdate + 8/24 , the job might run again in the 10pm (ie 2pm+8), which i dont want.

can any body suggest me what i can do.

Setup two jobs; one that runs at 06:00 every day and one that runs at 14:00 every day.

    Hi,

Why not run 2 jobs? One at 6.00, one at 14.00?
Otherwise, I wonder if a case statement works on dbms_job? case time <13.59 then 14.00 else 6.00
Hmmm.... I can't test it right now. But let me know if something like that works.

    Regards,

    Arian
