    How to resolve lock in the database

    There are many locks in the database? How to resolve the issue?

    sort out your design so locks arent being held?

    Now a few unknown sessions are against one table. Should I just kill all those sessions or any other good ways to go? Are TX, TM normal?

    only you can answer can answer that - if the app needs the locks well it needs the locks

    If those sessions are giving you problems, remove them

    You could always reboot your server, that is a guaranteed temporary fix!

    You could also run some queries to find out who is locking what and why.
    There are some queries on this site that will help you to take a look at locking.
