configuring iSqlplus and Oem on AIX 10g

Hi Friends,

I already installed Oracle 10g DB on our AIX 5L server.
Unlike Windows it did not configure automatic or give the default
URL for isqlplus and Oem. I presume they have same URL.
In windows it is:
(isqlplus) is http://server_name:5560/isqlplus/
(oem) is http://server_name:5500/em/

I tried these links but they didnt work.
How do I check if have configured isqplus and oem successfully?
Do I have to start some background process?

Hi, i checked some docs in metalink. And it says chances are i have
not installed isqlplus. It says to install it using custom. But
when i run the Universal Installer, it wont proceed to custom install
because Oracle_home1 is already existing. It assumes that im doing a fresh install. HOw do i go to the custom install and select isqplus only?
