We have (and have tested) 10G OEM, personally I do not like it. The ability to view clusters at a glance is a nice feature but overall I find it hard to navigate and a little frustrating. The 9.2 version works fine for me.
I still can't see why they had to totally re-write this application.
I remember when this place was cool.

So I finished putting together a kind of 10g OEM new features doc for our group here and part of it, I built and deployed 10g OEM. And I do agree with you all. That really sucks...while exploring the new features, it does have good whole lot of features, but definitely not user friendly. So I went back using 9.2 java client OEM.
Thanks for all yours input.

Hi Friends,
Just related to OEM 10g(windows XP).
I logged in to database in OEM 10g using SYS as SYSDBA, then
it brought me to the "HOME" tab. I can see here graphical stats
of the database. I tried to click the "shutdown" button and it
brought me to [Startup/Shutdown:Specify Host and Target Database Credentials]. I entered both my OS and DB userid but I always get
error on the OS username/password ...
Error Message
RemoteOperationException: ERROR: Wrong password for user
What OS username should i enter here? I am using an enrolled OS user
"dba1" and i installed the DB using this id too.
Thanks a lot...HAPPY NEW YEAR in advance

The OS user you are trying to log on has to have "Logon as batch job" permision set. Go to "Administrative Tools" => "Local Security Settings"=> "User Rights Assigment" and set that permition to the OS account you are using.
