    Very URGEnt help on decode

    I need a code pls help me out here
    I have a select statement with create view tntvie as
    select (seq,1,x1,2,x2,3,x3....to 248)Obviously decode cant take more than 255 variables, so please help me nodify to do this.
    Im new in writing scripts urgent

    IMHO, you'd be better having a lookup table that specified the values and their corresponding meaning.
