    Question jobs in OEM

    dear all,
    pls let me know the process of running a jobs in
    Oracle Enterprise Manager.I have set the OEM on Windows 2000 Advance Server. The version of oracle is (9.0.1).
    I have tried but it failed an show an error i.e. Authentication Error.
    Pls Solve my problem
