You have to be carefull with those surveys. First off, they sometimes don't have a large enough sample size to make a statistically significant calculation. Second, their levels may not equate to the levels in your company.

What you're worth is what the company will pay you. Unless you are willing to leave, be happy with what you get.

What do you think of conducting an anonymous salary survey (US) on this site? Think people would be open and honest about it? The ones on dice, hotjobs etc are somewhat off the mark. Just my opinion..
