can not drop user

Hi, all
I can not drop user even with cascade, I bounced the database and still can not do it. The error message is

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [15013], [24], [], [], [], [], [],
[]

Does anyone has any experience with this? Thanks for help.

Open a TAR w/Oracle when you get these "... internal errs.."

What user (not SYS/SYSTEM right?)?

Right, it created a huge dump file... I logged a tar with oracle support, but I can not wait....

What user are you trying to drop?

Just a regular user created by SYSTEM. I never have a problem dropping a user before....

Not totally sure. Since you bounced db, can't be anything with open sessions etc. Maybe an export of the user and import back, then dropping.. just guessing here, since it looks like some corruption at OS level or something.

Have you tried to drop all of his objects first, then drop
user without cascade option?

I dropped the default_tablespace for this user, it still does not work. By the way, I have the problem with dropping queues owned by this user. I will try to exp and imp the user and try again see if it helps. Thanks all of you.
