Check metalink for the ORA-00600 error lookup. Enter the first argument when prompted and it will tell you what your issue is and about a million possible solutions:

    Code:
DESCRIPTION: A data block SCN is ahead of the current SCN.
The ORA-600 [2662] occurs when an SCN is compared to the dependent SCN
    stored in a UGA variable.
If the SCN is less than the dependent SCN then we signal the ORA-600 [2662]
    internal error.
Try some of the more obvious solutions first, and if that doesn't work, then get Oracle Support on the Dog and Bone.

Hi, thanks for more information about the oracle internal error. Okay, any pointers to how to rectify my oracle database?

    Thanks

I f you have a registered copy of oracle ,then you must have an id if not you can create it by visiting the metalink site and by giving your registration number.

And if you don't have a registered copy then.............
There are three kinds of lies: Lies, damned lies, and benchmarks...

Unix is user friendly. It's just very particular about who it's friends are.

Registered copy? What are you talking about, there is no such thing as registered copy in Oracle? Are you talking about licensed version of Oracle software? If so, then paid licence does not include Oracle support services. You must pay for support separately on a yearly basis (while license fee is usually paid only once).
