Need to install oracle server in portugese language ..

What are the parameters that I need to give while installing ?
what about the character set and national character set ...
Anything else I need to be aware of ?

This is in no way to insult you or belittle you.

If I may...why is it that you don't have a Metalink account? If you are a DBA working for a company the company should have a CSI number which would give you access to Metalink. IMO if you don't have access to Metalink in affect, you cannot do your job correctly.
Please enlighten me.
