When the UK sticks it's nose in....
As this forum seems to be pretty dedicated to US politics at the moment I thought you might find this amusing. This is from a UK national newspaper when it decided to get it's readers involved with the US elections

Now that was some good humor! I about fell out of my chair!
*wipes tear from eye from laughter*
I mean come on what do you expect when "outsiders" start asking questions from "little town America"?
Dave...I hope you weren't insulted just remember where those statements are coming from.

I had already forwarded that link to some work collegues this morning -- funny stuff. My favourites were the folks who had "forwarded it to the CIA and the FBI", or warned that subverting a presidential election was a criminal offence. Actually, that might have been some of my work collegues.

Republicans for a kinder, gentler America.
KEEP YOUR ****IN' LIMEY HANDS OFF OUR ELECTION. HEY, ****HEADS, REMEMBER THE REVOLUTIONARY WAR? REMEMBER THE WAR OF 1812? WE DIDN'T WANT YOU, OR YOUR POLITICS HERE, THAT'S WHY WE KICKED YOUR ASSES OUT. FOR THE 47% OF YOU WHO DON'T WANT PRESIDENT BUSH,
I SAY THIS ... TOUGH sh*t!
PROUD AMERICAN VOTING FOR BUSH!
And Bush said he was a uniter in 2000.

Maybe he was talking about the rest of the world, not America -- he's done a great job of uniting everywhere else.
Actually, I'm not sure that he knew there was anything outside of America -- a dim awareness of Mexico, perhaps.

You mean uniting them in opposition?
