Thread: SQL Loader data file on remote machine.

    SQL Loader data file on remote machine.

    How can I run SQL loader when the data file is in a remote machine? I don't want to ftp the file first because they are huge. Both machines are running Unix and connected by network.

    Hi,
    Mount the volume which is having this file on your local system and try to run sql loader.
