    Create Database using a Script

    Hello All,

Does anybody have a script to create a Database in Oracle 9i standard from command Prompt.

I created a Database and also saved the script from the Oracle Administration. Then I deleted the database and then I tried to create the database using the Script from command prompt, it gives me the error "not connected to oracle".

I would be glad if somebody could give the script.

    Thanx.

    Cheers
    Sam.

    Cool

Use DBCA to create the database and/or create the script!

PS: "not connected to oracle" means you have to logon as sysdba before you attempt to execute anything... or ...the logon attempt was invalid (bad user-id/password).
