    Question dbora for oracle startup automation

    Who could explain the difference between the two lines:
    (i.e. the second end with &)

    su - $ORA_OWNER -c "ORA_HOME/bin/dbstart"

    su - $ORA_OWNER -c "ORA_HOME/bin/dbstart" &

    Confused.
